Belarusian rapper Max Korzh performed to another packed stadium — this time in Istanbul. The home stadium of Turkish football club Beşiktaş, which can accommodate more than 40,000 spectators, was filled to capacity.

The concert attracted many Russians and Belarusians, who can travel to Turkey without a visa. Some attendees managed to bring Russian tricolors and Belarusian red-and-green state flags into the standing area, with security reportedly taking no action.

As has become customary before Korzh’s major shows, fans effectively “took over the city” the day before the concert, gathering in central Istanbul, singing songs and marching together to the stadium. No major incidents or high-profile arrests were reported.

In May, Korzh performed in Bucharest, Romania, where the event also passed without significant incidents. His concert in Warsaw, Poland, on August 9, 2025, ended in controversy after police detained 109 people. Some were accused of assaulting police officers, others of hooliganism or drug-related offenses. Polish authorities later decided to deport 57 Ukrainian and six Belarusian citizens.
