It is stated in the interrogation report of Uladzislau Kanavalau read out on Wednesday.
According to interfax.by, Uladzislau Kavalyou claims that Dzmitry Kanavalau told him about the arson of the kiosk. He thinks that it was Kanavalau’s hooligan action.
