"European Belarus" activists detained in Minsk
People in plain clothes detained Mikita Kavalenka and Alyaksei Tsyoply late at night on July 31 near the railway station.
According to the information provided by Radio Liberty, the youngsters disseminated leaflets with the news of the web-site "Charter'97".
Activist Andrei Mouchan has informed about the detention. The detainees are in the police department.
