General Prosecution asks Lithuania and Sweden to help in investigation
The Belarusian side addressed to these countries with an enquiry to render legal help in investigation of the Swedish light-motor plane case.
Head of the center for information and
public relations of the Belarusian KGB Alyaksandr Antanovich has informed to BelaPAN that the corresponding action has
been sent through the General Prosecution of Belarus. According to him, the
Belarusian law-enforcement agencies base on that the non-sanctioned flight of
the Swedish citizens violated the rules for use of the air space not only of
Belarus, but also of Sweden, Lithuania and NATO.
Apart from that, according to Antanovich, the Belarusian side insists that
Swedish organizers and participants of the action should come to Belarus as it
is necessary for the objective investigation of the case.
