PACE to listen to report on Belarus
The meeting of the Political Affairs Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe will start in Strasbourg today.
It will be part of the PACE autumn session. The new rapporteur on Belarus is expected t make a speech today – Estonian Andres Herkel, informs Radio Liberty.
